Cancellations
- If unfortunately, you have to cancel/modify an order, please do so within 1-2 hours after placing an order, by mailing us all the details at support@stotraapparels.com
- If you cancel your order before your package/s has been handed over to the courier service providers, we shall refund you the entire amount. If the courier service providers have already made the booking against your order, or the order/s have already dispatched, no cancellations can be made.
- We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities. No cancellations can be made owing to the delay in receiving orders.
Shipping Policy
- At STOTRA, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers (Fedex, DTDC, Delhivery etc). For delivery within India, shipping is complimentary on purchases above INR 999 and no surcharge is payable of any kind.
- Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 AM to 7 PM except on public holidays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes and govt. regulations.
- In case of modifications with regards to the delivery address, kindly drop us an E-mail at support@stotraapparels.com or Whatsapp us on (+91) 9674954528 within 1-2 hours after placing an order. Once a product has been dispatched, no modifications can be made.
- We will Email / WhatsApp your package tracking information, as soon as your package is shipped out. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms
- We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities, but will definitely help you track down a package through our Logistics partners.
- In the rarest event of a dispute to do with shipping or delivery, it would take around 10-15 business days to resolve it, since shipping logistics involves several third-party organisations.
- For International Orders a flat shipping charge of Rs.2500/- will be added to the price of the product. We use only reputed international couriers i.e. Fedex /DHL/Aramex Couriers for international shipping.
- You can use all international credit cards on Razorpay to make the payment for your orders. In case your payment isn’t successful, please drop us a mail at support@stotraapparels.com for alternate modes of payment.
- VAT/GST/or any other country duties and taxesfor international orders at the destination country are not included as part of product(s) or shipping charges. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
- In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees/taxes
- International orders should be delivered within 7-15 business days (some areas may take longer depending on customs). However, the delivery timeline is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please note we are still in a testing phase and hence any of the above terms and conditions might be subject to amendments and modification in the near future.
