Weavers

  • Weavers of Bengal – We work with master weavers from Bengal who specialize in creating exquisite handloom fabrics. These artisans bring to life the rich heritage of Bengal’s weaving traditions, producing stunning textiles of cotton like Tangail, Jamdani, Muslin and silk such as Cowdial, Bishnupuri and Baluchari silks that are both elegant and timeless.
  • Weavers of Madhya Pradesh – Masters of Chanderi and Maheshwari fabrics, these artisans bring to life the timeless beauty of handloom sarees, blending tradition with contemporary designs.
  • Weavers of Banaras – Our collaboration with Banarasi weavers allows us to offer the finest Banarasi silk and cotton fabrics. Known for their intricate patterns and opulent zari work, the weavers from Banaras (Varanasi) create textiles that exude luxury and sophistication.
  • Weavers of Bihar – Known for their fine Tussar and Ghicha silk weaving, the artisans of Bihar create intricate and elegant pieces that reflect the rich cultural history of the region. Linen fabric weaving is also synonymous to Bihar.
  • Weavers of Rajasthan – We work closely with the weavers of Rajasthan who are known for their legacy of weaving Kota Fabrics. Kota Doria sarees woven on traditional looms are known for their lightweight charm and are made of pure cotton and silk known for checkered square patterns known as ‘khats‘ on them.
  • Weavers of Kanchipuram – Our association with the weavers from the temple town of Kanchipuram allows us to source Kanjeevaram sarees which are still woven on traditional looms there. These cotton and silk sarees are renowned for their durability, vibrant colors, and exquisite craftsmanship, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of South India.

  • Hand Embroidery Artisans of Rural Bengal – We support and work closely with hand embroidery artisans from rural Bengal. These skilled artisans use techniques passed down through generations to create intricate and beautiful embroidered pieces, adding a unique touch to our collections.
  • Hand Embroiderers of Gujrat – With a legacy of bold and colorful designs, Gujarat’s artisans specialize in unique embroidery techniques featuring traditional motifs and mirror work that bring vibrancy and intricate detailing to our collection.

  • Hand Embroiderers of Kashmir – Famous for their exquisite Kashmiri embroidery, especially aari and sozni work, these artisans infuse our pieces with the elegance and artistry that Kashmir is known for.
  • Hand Block Artisans of Rajasthan – Our association with hand block artisans from Rajasthan allows us to incorporate the traditional art of block printing into our designs. These artisans use wooden blocks to print intricate patterns on fabric, resulting in unique and vibrant textiles that celebrate Rajasthan’s rich artistic heritage.
  • Hand Embroidery Artisans of Rural Punjab– We collaborate with embroiderers from rural Punjab, known for their vibrant and intricate Phulkari work. This traditional embroidery technique adds a burst of color and a touch of cultural richness to our products.
